Like others...after several 'reschedules' and feeling 'ghosted' I decided to schedule my driveway with someone else.   Only for them to call back to let me know the new date.  Unfortunately...I canceled the other and went with Asphalt Help.  Now...I'm feeling that was a mistake. They do NOT tell you in the $65xx.xx quote it isn't a complete job...they do NOT come back and seal the asphalt.   (it is not a complete job with additional expense to come).   When I called them back... after so many telling me the driveway needs seals (I am asphalt stupid) I now see why because I keep having rocks pit/peel up and all over the place from the asphalt.    So... I called them and she assured me she would have someone come out and look at it.  That call was made on May 22nd, 2024 and today is June 2nd, 2024.  Ghosted again??   Over two weeks now and no word or sign of them.   Also ... while on the phone with my concerns of the pitting and look...she finally told me at this point ... sealing needs done after 3 months (due to oils surfacing) or sealed def do before a year.  One would think that is included in a complete job or at minimum let the person know it needs done.  Not have friends tell you the job isn't complete.  How do they do this commercially?  Do they go back and seal it then?  I've never seen it look so 'pitted' in parking lots.  Communication is not a part of their business.   I'm not happy with the job.  Big center line which hoping (again being asphalt stupid) when I finally have it 'finished' and sealed it will go away and rocks don't continue to flake off/pit.   As of right now I will NOT give them another dime to seal my driveway.   I felt this was deceitful in not letting me know this isn't a complete job...(fact of being sealed and they will charge me more)  I'll gladly hire it out to someone else.

Edit to company’s response: I’m glad you finally responded to something after 2 months, but after 3 no call/no shows, we’re good…

If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Cancelled their appointment the first time, the second time—they no-showed/no call.  Nick claims he was in the hospital, wished him well and was glad he was feeling better and he rescheduled for a third time. Again, no showed/no call. Nick and his crew did an excellent job with the replacement of our asphalt driveway. Nick was prompt and professional with the quoting process, happy to answer all of my questions and was able to schedule our job quickly. The Asphalt Help crew was quick, efficient and provided a high quality of work. They were detailed about cleaning up at the end of the job, which was the perfect way to finish up the job. This is the second job they have done for me. Once at my home and once at my church, no complaints, they are quick, courteous, they seem to do a good job.

Their prices are reasonable and always make sure you are happy before they leave.

Thanks to Nick and his brother and the staff at asphalt help for assisting a small church and working within our budget!
